After you book an appointment with Pamper Your Pet II, you'll get a confirmation text with the date and time as well as a reminder. Please be ready to answer your phone while your pet is with us. We may have questions for you or may need you to pick them up early. It might be better to reschedule your appointment if you can't be near your phone.

You are required to drop your pet off at the appointment time. You can drop the pet off early, but they probably won't be seen until the appointment time. Your dog must always be on a leash.

Please don't come early to pick up your pet. We'll reach out to you when it's time to pick them up. We won't keep them longer than we need to. If you show up early, it can disrupt the grooming process. Most grooming sessions take two to five hours.

For the safety of your senior dog, we require that they are in good physical and mental health for grooming. Grooming can be stressful for older dogs, and many older dogs become intolerant to the grooming process.

If your pet is difficult or aggressive, let us know in advance. We will complete the grooming in parts to minimize the risk to your pet or our team. We strive to avoid as much stress as possible.

We provide pricing estimates, but they are subject to change. Additional charges will be added for dogs with matted or filthy coats. Costs are calculated based on the time it takes to groom your pet. Dogs that wait longer than six weeks between professional grooming sessions may require more expensive services. For pricing, we consider:

• Condition of coat
• Haircut
• Matting (brush out or hard-shave fee)
• Behavior

We are happy to work with puppies at Pamper Your Pet II. However, puppies need at least two sets of vaccinations first. The last set should be completed at least a week before your appointment. We can't guarantee that we'll complete your puppy's full grooming during the first visit. It may take multiple bath and brush visits before they're ready for a full groom.

It will all depend on your puppy's comfort around scissors and clippers. If they can't sit still, they won't be safe around sharp grooming tools. We want your puppy to have a great time without any stress!

We do not allow owners to stay in the salon during the grooming process. There is a window where you can see your pet, but we recommend staying out of view to keep your pet calm.

If we find pests like fleas or ticks on your pet, we will treat them at your expense.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your pet's haircut, bring them back within 48 and we'll make it right. This offer is for actual dissatisfaction, not simply a change in your opinion. Please make sure you like the haircut before you leave the salon.
